Are any of your cabins pet friendly?
Yes, Moose Manor and Raccoon Ranch accept SMALL, HOUSE TRAINED (NON SHEDDING PREFERRED) dogs only, as long as a Pet Deposit check and Pet Contract has been received prior to check in. Any guest with a pet on premises without prior approval will be billed a non refundable $250.00 charge.
Do any of your cabins allow indoor smoking?
Absolutely NO. A minimum charge of $250.00 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found at checkout.
Do you provide sheets and dishes?
Yes. Our beautiful cabins are fully equipped with bed and bath linens plus a fully equipped kitchen. If you need something specific, such as a certain baking dish, we suggest you bring it, along with paper plates if you choose not to do dishes while on vacation!
How do we check in?
A few days prior to your stay with us, you will be emailed your driving directions and entry code for the front door. No keys are necessary. Check in is at 4:00 pm and Check out is at 11:00 am.
I don’t see an address for the cabin, where is it located?
For the safety and security of our guests, we do not give out the address until you become our guest. You will then receive this emailed information with your entry code to the front door. All of our cabins are located approximately 10 minutes east of Williams and 20 minutes west of Flagstaff.
