Cancellation Policy
Short Term - 30 nights or fewer, via any on-line web portal or platform except for AirBnB
1. Deposits and payments: Booking deposit is taken at time of booking, and includes the purchase of damage insurance. For bookings more than 60 days from check-in, the deposit is 50% of the booking, plus the insurance fee. For bookings fewer than 60 days from check-in, payment in full is required.
2. Cancellation Policy: For bookings cancelled more than 60 days from check-in, you may cancel and receive a refund of your deposit, less a $175 processing fee. Beginning 60 days from check-in, payment in full is required, and no refunds will be given. Processing time for eligible refunds may be up to 30 days.
3. Fees:
3.a For Changes - if you would like to make changes to your booking, you MAY incur a $100 change fee - it depends on circumstances. If your booking included a pet fee, you will not receive a refund for the pet fee if you decide later not to bring your dog.
3.b For Cancellations within the cancellation period - There is a $175 processing fee for cancellations. If the value of your booking exceeds $3200, you will also be charged an additional 3% fee.
Mid-Long Term - 31 nights or longer, booked more than 60 days from check-in, on any on-line platform except AirBnB.

1. AirBnB bookings are handled under the cancellation policy and fee structure found for your AirBnB booking.
Travel Insurance is available at 6.95% of your total trip cost and offered through iTravelInsured. Classy Cabins AZ recommends guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family. For travel insurance coverage information, please contact iTravelInsured at 1.866.347.6673 or when calling from abroad please call 1.317.655.9796.
In the final step please print out a copy of your booking request for your records.
Deposit Policy
Booking Deposit is taken at time of booking. Fully paid bookings include the purchase of Damage Insurance, in lieu of a damage deposit.

Muy limpia y ordenada, sin embargo creo que falta describir las reglas más precisas pues las sentí muy rígidas.
Tuvimos una situación de limpieza que se resolvió pero siento que su personal de limpieza exagera un poco las cosas. Dejamos comida e insumos que podía alguien reutilizar para no tirarlas pero se me penalizó por dejarlas ya que es considerada como basura todo aquello que no necesites. Finalmente acepté una tarifa de limpieza extra, sin embargo creo que las reglas que se describen las cumplimos sin problema. Toda la estancia excelente salvo ese último detalle que fue desgastante para ambas partes

Great place for family's. Great location, very quiet and serine. Very nice subdivision. My wife enjoyed the the kitchen had everything she needed to cook for the family. We were able to use the garage to park Vehicle. Our kids felt at home. We enjoyed the grill and porch area. We would rent again.

We always stay in this neighborhood whenever we visit Flagstaff; it's beautiful, walkable, and great for kids/dogs. Steve's house was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of great amenities. The only thing we had an issue with is the King mattress in the primary bedroom was quite uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great stay!

The hosts were very nice with great communication. Well stocked and modern home. We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean inside the home. Lovely neighborhood.

We would stay again in hopes they upgrade that bed.

The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. Steve was very responsive when we needed extra supplies. The place is in a great neighborhood and there is a playground a short walk away which was great for our two boys. There is three bedrooms upstairs as well as an additional bedroom that is used for a game room. There’s also a downstairs office with a sleeper sofa. We would definitely come here again when visiting Flagstaff!

Be prepared to visit Target for all the extras. Should have included all this for the price we paid at total cost $2,500. Master bed is air mattress and super uncomfortable.

Steve accommodated our booking with ease. He was incredibly responsive. The home was a perfect fit for our family of five plus grandfather. The home is beautiful inside and out and had everything we needed for preparing meals, showering, and entertainment. It was beautifully styled and decorated. I am so grateful for such a positive experience in an area that was new to our family. Skiing, restaurants and the Grand Canyon were some of the nearby adventures we enjoyed while staying here. Steve is looking into getting this to us but would recommend future guests avoid sending packages or explicitly write directions to leave at the door. Other than that - fabulous location, awesome property manager, and close to everything!! Would definitely recommend.

Great property and wonderful time up north for the Labor Day weekend. Home may look small on pictures but it was a great size and had a lot of beds and bathrooms for a big group. We were super comfortable and Steve was great at responding quickly with our questions. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was super clean, kitchen was stocked and the teenagers we had with us enjoyed their time. Short drive to downtown and super close to everything. We even had a wonderful drive one day to Sedona and spent a couple hours there. Definitely worth staying if you want to be close to everything.

Lovely house, we loved our stay here in our spring break. You can see snow mountain from kitchen and kitchen patio. The location was perfect, plenty of restaurants near by if you plan to take out, but if you planning to cook Steve has everything including spice jars. Rooms were well decor and cozy. Our kids love bunk bed, plus super soft blankets. If you looking accommodations with kids this is your house to stay! We will definitely come back if we plan trip to flagstaff.
