Faewild's faery charm and cozy atmosphere is the ideal place to gather with friends and family. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it has room for 6-8 depending on how cozy the group is. Situated on a rise in the middle of the tall pines in Sherwood Forest Estates, it sits on its own acre with beautiful forest views. This property has it all: fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, loft, an office area with stand/sit desk, comfortable office chair, keyboard, mouse and monitor for you when you need to do some work while at the cabin. Outside the garage is available for guests - a real plus when it's snowing! A downstairs deck with outdoor dining table and Weber grill, and whimsical touches all over the land and trees come alive with faery lights at night. Upstairs there is a deck as well with commanding views of the trees. Full sized washer and dryer, and High-speed internet plus high-def smart television round out the list of amenities. -

Cancellation Policy
Short Term - 30 nights or fewer, via any on-line web portal or platform except for AirBnB
1. Deposits and payments: Booking deposit is taken at time of booking, and includes the purchase of damage insurance. For bookings more than 60 days from check-in, the deposit is 50% of the booking, plus the insurance fee. For bookings fewer than 60 days from check-in, payment in full is required.
2. Cancellation Policy: For bookings cancelled more than 60 days from check-in, you may cancel and receive a refund of your deposit, less a $175 processing fee. Beginning 60 days from check-in, payment in full is required, and no refunds will be given. Processing time for eligible refunds may be up to 30 days.
3. Fees:
3.a For Changes - if you would like to make changes to your booking, you MAY incur a $100 change fee - it depends on circumstances. If your booking included a pet fee, you will not receive a refund for the pet fee if you decide later not to bring your dog.
3.b For Cancellations within the cancellation period - There is a $175 processing fee for cancellations. If the value of your booking exceeds $3200, you will also be charged an additional 3% fee.
Mid-Long Term - 31 nights or longer, booked more than 60 days from check-in, on any on-line platform except AirBnB.

2. Cancellation Policy:
2.a For on-line bookings such as VRBO or our website, except AirBnB - there is no refund for cancellations for these bookings.
3. Fees:
3.a For Changes - If you need to make a change, and it is possible, you will be charged a $100 change fee.
3.b For Cancellations - refunds for cancellations are not possible for these bookings, your entire deposit is forfeit.

1. AirBnB bookings are handled under the cancellation policy and fee structure found for your AirBnB booking.
Travel Insurance is available at 6.95% of your total trip cost and offered through iTravelInsured. Classy Cabins AZ recommends guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family. For travel insurance coverage information, please contact iTravelInsured at 1.866.347.6673 or when calling from abroad please call 1.317.655.9796.
In the final step please print out a copy of your booking request for your records.
Deposit Policy

Great place, clean and nicely remodeled.

Beautiful home awesome place to stay just to sit and relax. Amenities were perfect. House is very clean and easy to access when we arrived. We’ll stay there again.
Had an excellent time at the cabin and will for sure try to re book. Very clean and had all the things i needed plus more. Beds were not the comfiest and did end up sleeping on the futon but this is probably just personal preference so wasn't too concerned as i enjoyed sleeping in the lofted area with a nice view on the sky at night. Overall the perfect getaway if you enjoy a peaceful and luxurious stay in the forest. Cleaning fee was a little on the steep side even with following the rules of the cabin to leave it as you found it but Steve earned that respect as it was immaculate when i got there. 10/10 would recommend.
Beautiful home and location. Easy access to I-40 and AZ64 (approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes to the Grand Canyon) but far enough away from these roads that you don't even know they're there. The property is set deep within some ponderosa pines and the host added a very whimsical flare to the property (in keeping with the forest theme). There are neighbors but they are a fair distance away and everyone was very kind and respectful. The house was very well stocked and the host thought of practically every need. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well supplied and bedrooms were very comfortable. Not that you would want to spend much time on the internet in this beautiful location but internet access was good.
The host went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Thanks Steve and Amy!
