On an acre, the 1064 square foot Rogue Bear sits at 7000 feet of elevation in the Tall Pines, between Flagstaff and Williams, the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. Beautifully decorated and furnished, it has a King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom, and a bunk room 4 and a pack-and-play on request. There is one full bathroom, and modern large capacity stacked laundry. It has a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, all the comforts of home, and then some. Children of all ages will love the horseshoes and cornhole in the back, and everybody will enjoy the firepit. Sit on the porch, and gaze out at the trees and wildlife.
Or, hang out on the patio under twinkling lights in the evening. Dine Alfresco, and reconnect with family and friends.

Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times, therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice.
In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

Cancellation Policy
Short Term - 30 nights or fewer, via any on-line web portal or platform except for AirBnB
1. Deposits and payments: Booking deposit is taken at time of booking, and includes the purchase of damage insurance. For bookings more than 60 days from check-in, the deposit is 50% of the booking, plus the insurance fee. For bookings fewer than 60 days from check-in, payment in full is required.
2. Cancellation Policy: For bookings cancelled more than 60 days from check-in, you may cancel and receive a refund of your deposit, less a $175 processing fee. Beginning 60 days from check-in, payment in full is required, and no refunds will be given. Processing time for eligible refunds may be up to 30 days.
3. Fees:
3.a For Changes - if you would like to make changes to your booking, you MAY incur a $100 change fee - it depends on circumstances. If your booking included a pet fee, you will not receive a refund for the pet fee if you decide later not to bring your dog.
3.b For Cancellations within the cancellation period - There is a $175 processing fee for cancellations. If the value of your booking exceeds $3200, you will also be charged an additional 3% fee.
Mid-Long Term - 31 nights or longer, booked more than 60 days from check-in, on any on-line platform except AirBnB.

3.a For Changes - If you need to make a change, and it is possible, you will be charged a $100 change fee.
3.b For Cancellations - refunds for cancellations are not possible for these bookings, your entire deposit is forfeit.

1. AirBnB bookings are handled under the cancellation policy and fee structure found for your AirBnB booking.
Travel Insurance is available at 6.95% of your total trip cost and offered through iTravelInsured. Classy Cabins AZ recommends guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family. For travel insurance coverage information, please contact iTravelInsured at 1.866.347.6673 or when calling from abroad please call 1.317.655.9796.
In the final step please print out a copy of your booking request for your records.
Deposit Policy
Booking Deposit is taken at time of booking. Fully paid bookings include the purchase of Damage Insurance, in lieu of a damage deposit.

We were lucky enough to experience the snow while staying at this comfy cabin. It was a wonderful home with everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a lot of space with the three rooms. It is in a great location between the town of Williams and Flagstaff. Steve was very reaponsive and friendly in our communication together. We would love to stay here again.
They were super helpful & nice! It was also located in a very nice area, and the home was very nice.

This place is awesome! Everything you need is here. Extremely clean. This place is like home, you can keep it warm with this beautiful chimney, by the way to many wood to burn. It is a cozy and quiet house, without a doubt my family and I will return, plus the location is close to everything you need
The cabin was very comfortable for our family’s trip to the Polar Express! We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace! And to top it off, the cabin was decorated for Christmas including a beautiful Christmas tree! Thank you for a pleasant stay!
Quiet spot in the forest. Multiple cabins nearby but were mostly vacation rentals. Was quiet and perfect distance from town!

Great cozy cabin right in the woods with a beautiful front porch and lots of outdoor amenities and places to sit and relax. It was in the 30s at night, so we enjoyed an indoor fire every night while playing board games or watching movies. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Check in and check out instructions were clear. The place was very clean and worth the price. I hope we are able to come back in the near future.

Nice cabin, but dark inside. Good location. Although there was only 2 of us - there are beds to accommodate 8 people but with one small bathroom that would be pretty tricky to maneuver.
Appreciated the available firewood as it hailed one afternoon, so we were able to warm up around a fire.

The cabin was great! Exactly as described and lots of space to play outside. Secluded but there are other cabins nearby, it was very peaceful and quiet. We had a mishap with water but Steve was quick to resolve the issue and it did not impact our stay at all. Close to town and an easy drive. We enjoyed the horse shoes and sitting on the covered front porch. Very friendly community!

Great place, not quite as isolated as I was expecting. It's in a sparse neighborhood, but overall very nice, beautiful area.
Beautiful cabin and great location for me and my friends to take a trip to the snow for the weekend! House was great and host was responsive even when we had questions due to a lot of snow in the area. There are other cabins around, but still a quiet place and we had no problems with noise. Everything in the house worked and the neighborhood was great. Brought my dog as well and she loved it. Definitely worth it!
This cabin was a dream in the middle of the forest, and very close to Williams. The cabin was super clean and it had everything you might need to cook during your stay. We stayed there in December, so it was surrounded by snow and it was beautiful!
Steve was very responsive and he answered all our questions very fast.

We had a great stay and would go there again. The place was clean. Communication was clear and quick. It was a bit more secluded that we expected, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But it took 8 to 10 minutes to get there from the freeway. The wifi was very slow, but I doubt the owner can do anything about that. Neither of these things would preventing us from returning; just things people should know. It still got five stars from us.
Great home for stargazing in literal silence. It is about an hour from the GC, and honestly it’s waaaay better and worth avoiding the crowded hotels that may be a 20 min drive from GC. Steve and his family built this cabin! It’s cute, homey and just a great stay for family and friends! Thank you Steve and fam!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The house and surroundings helped create a wonderful environment/experience for us. It was a place that made it possible for us to relax and renew, while accessing key areas (Grand Canyon, Sedona) that we wanted to experience.
A little get away. Close enough to necessities but far enough to enjoy the quiet and stars. This cabin has everything you need! Communication was great and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Cozy cabin in the woods. We experienced quite the winter storm which was fun sledding but did pose challenges with the driveway being on a hill. When icy it is challenging to get out. If going when snow is expected be sure to have 4 wheel drive and chains. Otherwise great comfortable cabin.
This cabin is a perfect getaway in the Arizona woods. Quite and cozy! Beautiful log cabin just minutes from the Grand Canyon railway and about an hour from the south rim Grand Canyon!
This cabin had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for our family getaway while experiencing the beautiful holiday functions Williams has to offer.
The cabin is beautiful and a good size. The location is great, close to lots of activities. We loved the playground and the wrap around porch. Communication with the host was quick and easy. They also make sure the cabin is well stocked with essentials; TP, paper towels, towels, etc. thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good place to be - 1 hour away from grand canyon
We had a wonderful stay at Moose manor. They get 10 stars for cleanliness, which is one of the most important things for me. The location was perfect. About 1.5 hours away from Grand Canyon but it’s a really nice drive. Everyone loved the Cabin. No complaints. I highly recommend this place if you’re trying to get away from the city and relax. Super cozy and beautiful place.

Nice location for nearby towns and Grand Canyon. The space is very comfortable and tranquil.
Excellent communication and location. The cabin was fantastic and the hosts were amazing. The Wi-Fi is essentially nonexistent. We had trouble trying to watch a show on the smart TVs in the house and even on the fire stick that we brought. Our phones and computers were not able to stay connected to the Wi-Fi either.
My wife and I wanted to get away for a week during the pandemic. This was the perfect spot! The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The views out the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular. They had everything we needed to cook our meals. The gas grill was spotless and worked perfectly. All the appliances were like new and worked great. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the giant sectional in the main room were all 4 of us could sit comfortably. There is a gas fireplace that is not only nice to look at but really warms up the room nicely. We had everything we needed to enjoy our trip and be very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and working with the host was a very pleasant experience.
